To add a meaningful new birthstone/charm, below are the steps:

1). Order the meaningful birthstone/charm that you would like to add.

2). Send your necklace back to Dana Seng Jewelry brand. 

3). Please allow 5-7 business days for production. 

4). Once finished, your meaningful necklace will be shipped back to you. 

If the necklace sent in tangled, there will be a $55 fee.
